OpenPLI has arrived on our AZbox !
Great news has arrived today : the RSI team did it again!
As you can read on http://openrsi.rsi-images.org/ :
"Since 2010, there has been a lot of development to offer AZBox HD user an alternative firmware. One of the initiatives came from a team called RTi Team.
The team started with the Modified Official Firmware for the AZBox HD models, an improved version of the official OpenSat firmware.
As the firmware of the RTi team became more mature, the group of enthousiasts took the initiative to build an image, mainly for the Dutch and German market.
Those images are known as RSi E2 0.x
As E2 became more populair among AZBox users, RSi took the initiative to build an image, based on the well known OpenPLi community project.
Today, we are on the virtue of releasing our first OpenPLi based images for all AZBox receivers:
AZBox Elite HD, AZBox Premium HD, AZBox Premium HD+, AZBox Ultra HD, AZBox ME and AZBox miniME."
